Grassley sent out yet another email to his trusting base calling my claims false and cherry-picking past votes to paint himself as a medical freedom candidate, which he most certainly is not. However, he failed to include this recording, where he states exactly what my campaign has taken issue with:
He chose 7 votes to showcase, but he conveniently forgot to include his recent vote to
pass Biden’s $1.5 trillion spending bill, which:
Funded Biden’s vaccine mandates.
Provided $6.3 billion to the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Disease which is run by Anthony Fauci.
Gave nearly half a billion in funding to the CDC who had taken active part in spreading the liberal COVID propaganda and agenda.
Gave $4 billion to CMS WHILE they were actively enforcing vaccine mandates against thousands of America’s healthcare workers.
He also chose not to reference his entire rap-sheet of votes, as detailed in this very informative article by the Iowa Standard, “Chuck Grassley’s Voting Record has Led Iowans into Medical Tyranny”, where it breaks down the history of legislation Grassley voted for that paved the way for the medical tyranny Americans have faced over the past 2 years:
“The Homeland Security Act of 2002 (HR5005) gave the secretary of HHS the authority to issue a declaration of emergency based on an actual or potential bioterrorist incident or other public health emergencies.”
“In 2004, Project Bioshield (HR1588) was passed under the National Defense Authorization Act. The principle component was to expedite the peer review process for the FDA to authorize medical products for use during emergencies before they were proven safe and effective (EUA), among other concerning components to the law. (President Biden’s Administration has used Section 564 of the Bioshield Act as the primary justification for allowing private or public entities to impose vaccine mandates.)”
“The PREP Act was passed hidden within the DOD’s Emergency Aid to the Gulf of Mexico Hurricanes, and Pandemic Influenza Act of 2006 (HR2863). The PREP Act provided another round of immunity from tort liability claims (except in cases of willful misconduct) to individuals or organizations involved in the manufacturing, distribution, or dispensing of medical countermeasures. The law stated a covered countermeasure may include vaccines, antidotes, medications, medical devices or other FDA regulated assets used to respond to pandemics, epidemics, or any biological, chemical, radiological, or nuclear threat.”
“Bioshield 2.0 known as the Biodefense and Pandemic and All Hazards Preparedness Act of 2006 (S.3678). This law was written and passed in response to a “possible” avian influenza outbreak. This law continued to erode our rights and further increase the size of the government as it expanded the liability protections from countermeasures treating bioterrorism pathogens to all outbreaks or pandemics, including those derived from natural origin. It also created the agency known as BARDA (Biomedical Advanced Research and Development Authority), which gained some notoriety recently for its link to gain of function research, designed to develop experimental or licensed vaccines and drugs to be used as countermeasures. These countermeasures could then be thrust upon American citizens by the Secretary of HHS to combat a declared pandemic or emergency at their sole discretion.”

I have a question for Grassley: If he is such a medical freedom fighter, why did he receive a 1.4 out of 5-star rating from Informed Choice Iowa, while I received a 4.9 out of 5-star rating, along with the official endorsement of 13 other patriot organizations in Iowa for standing for medical freedom?
Grassley can peddle himself as a medical freedom fighter all he wants, but Americans have been paying attention. He’s not going to pull the wool over the eyes of those who have lost their livelihoods, had their religious exemptions denied, or couldn’t further their education due to these mandates.
While I fight for your medical freedom, Grassley tries to trick you so he can cling to his power. Stand up to medical tyranny and say no to the political elite who caused it, by voting Jim Carlin on June 7th, 2022.
